Refund policy

Effective October 5, 2026.

R Project Multicam AI provides a 7-day free trial so customers can test the plugin before buying a lifetime license.

When a refund may be approved

• A duplicate payment was charged for the same intended purchase.
• Payment was completed but lifetime access cannot be activated because of a verified system issue that R Project cannot resolve.
• A refund is required by applicable law or by the payment provider's rules.

Change of mind

Because the product is digital software with a free trial available before purchase, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after lifetime access has been successfully activated and used.

How to request a refund

Contact rizkyardi1503@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the payment where possible. Include the account email, order ID, payment date and reason for the request. Do not send passwords, card numbers or banking credentials.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Midtrans when the payment method supports provider-side refunds. For payment methods that require merchant-side refund handling, R Project will coordinate the return using an appropriate method after verification. Processing time depends on the payment method and provider.
