01 / THE WORKFLOW
Keep the work in the editor you already use. You decide the creative direction.
Bring synchronized camera tracks and your music into Premiere. Choose your sequence or the range you want to edit.
Build a music map with beat, BPM and drop analysis. Optional online AI can review music candidates.
Choose enabled cameras, pacing and camera preferences. Run Multicam, then review and refine the result.
02 / INSIDE MULTICAM AI
Auto Music Map V14 plans the edit. The V82-FAST engine applies camera changes directly to your Premiere timeline.
Analyze the full A1 music track once using local FFmpeg/DSP analysis. Beat, BPM, phrase, energy, build-up, breakdown and drop impact inform the camera plan.
Main drops are selected using confidence, structural evidence and spacing. Multicam and Best Music Drops reuse the ranked music map when the sequence and A1 are unchanged.
Beat-aligned decision points guide the edit, but a physical razor cut is made only when the selected camera changes. Same-camera decisions stay continuous. The workflow creates no Premiere timeline markers.
Select one interval for fixed pacing, or several to let the music map choose among them. Validated main drops interrupt the cadence, switch the angle and restart the beat count.
Set camera roles and enable the tracks you want. When a preferred camera has no footage coverage, the director falls back to another enabled camera that covers the interval. If none does, the original footage is preserved.
Choose a video track for validated main-drop impacts, or leave it on Auto. Your chosen camera is used when enabled and covered; otherwise the director selects a covered alternative.
Set minimum and maximum Scale values. Each compatible clip receives two Scale keyframes with a randomly chosen zoom-in or zoom-out direction.
Run after multicam cleanup completes. Existing Scale keyframes in the processed source range are replaced; unsupported clips and locked or muted tracks are skipped.
Analyze first, review the valid drop count, then choose how many top-ranked drops to render. Adjust sensitivity and beat-based pre/post windows; duration follows the music's BPM.
H.264 Match Source exports are saved beside your Premiere project in a Best Music Drops folder. Choose an H.264 preset manually if automatic detection cannot find one.
Save edit points, camera choices and the last completed stage. Continue from the saved position without repeating music analysis or camera planning. Cleanup Only becomes available after cutting finishes.
Keep the sequence and A1 unchanged before resuming.
Enable Agent AI Vision Analysis to inspect small source-frame samples. Choose a 60, 120 or 240-frame sample budget; available hardware acceleration is used when possible.
Local analysis is the starting point. Configure your own supported API key and model for optional hybrid/online candidate review. Provider usage charges are separate.
Monitor tool progress, stop controls and live time estimates. Memory monitoring and resource guards help manage timeline processing; estimates become more useful after work has started.
FEATURE AVAILABILITY
The features above describe the shared workflow in the inspected builds. Availability and platform-specific behavior depend on the release you install.
Windows .125: local Random Forest drop-model inference, candidate labeling, label export and a training kit. No trained music model is bundled; this is an experimental workflow, not a standard release promise.
macOS .126: project-local working data and Memory Guard V2 refinements are present in the inspected TEST build. These changes have not been confirmed in a PUBLIC download.
Automatic active-speaker camera switching for podcasts is disabled in the inspected release. It is not included as a usable feature today.
