Privacy policy

Effective October 5, 2026.

R Project Multicam AI collects only the information needed to provide accounts, trial access, downloads, licensing, support, payments and basic website analytics.

Information we process

• Account information such as your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Plugin and license information such as license status, trial dates, plugin version, device platform and recent activation activity.
• Order information such as order ID, payment status, amount in IDR and payment method details returned by the payment provider.
• Website analytics such as page views, session/visitor identifiers, referral source, UTM campaign data, coarse device/OS information and country/region when available.
• Support information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.

Payments

Payments are processed by Midtrans when the payment gateway is available. R Project does not store your full card number, CVV, banking password or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment status is received from the payment provider and used to activate your license.

Why we use this information

We use the information to operate your account, start and enforce the 7-day trial, deliver installers, activate lifetime access after verified payment, prevent abuse, provide support, improve the product and understand website performance.

Sharing

Information may be processed by service providers required to operate the product, including Supabase for account/backend services, Cloudflare for website delivery, and Midtrans for payments. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Retention and security

Account, license and order records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. We use access controls and server-side authorization for sensitive operations.

Your choices

You may contact R Project to ask about your account data, request corrections or request deletion where applicable. Some transaction and legal records may need to be retained where required by law.
